If you must change or cancel an appointment, kindly give 24  hours notice to avoid the time reserved charge.

Our office will be CLOSED from MONDAY APRIL 11, 2022 through MONDAY, APRIL 18, 2022, for systems installation and staff training. We will REOPEN on TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2022.

To accommodate patients who need to pick up glasses and contact lenses during the week of April 11, we will be open on Wednesday April 13, Thursday April 14 and Friday April 15 between 5 PM and 6 PM.​
